Charlotte Crosby reveals post-baby weight loss after 10 minute work outs over two weeks
CHARLOTTE Crosby has revealed her post-pregnancy weight loss two months after welcoming her first baby.
Charlotte, 32, gave birth to her adorable baby girl Alba Jean in October.
Since then, she has been making best use of her BlitznBurn fitness app and got stuck into a series of post partum-safe workouts.
The Geordie Shore alumni took to her Instagram page to share side-profile shots of her figure taken at seven and 10 weeks post partum.
Charlotte, who shares her tot with partner Jake Ankers, gushed in her caption how she was "feeling so good."
It came after the reality TV star was cruelly mum shamed after claiming she was "embarrassed" by her body.

Clearly happier with her changing figure, she took to her page to write: "Woke up this morning feeling so good.
"Today will be exactly two weeks since exercising again walking and doing my @blitznburn.
"After two weeks of implementing short 10-20min workouts every day as well as little family walks I'm finally seeing some differences."
She continued: "This is not a before and after pic!

"Just wanted to show a little bit of progress that I am over the moon with.
"I know a lot of people have been DM-ing me with their struggles getting back into exercise after giving birth.
"Honestly just wanted to say that by being consistent with mini workouts each day I've noticed the weight fall off my bum and legs.
"I still plan on carrying on with my little routine I've got going on now!
"Then an even bigger detox in Jan!"
The notoriously honest star has been keen to give fans a real and raw look into her post-baby exercise routine and admitted she sometimes only gets a chance to work out for '15 or 20 minuets a day' as the rest of her day is consumed by looking after her adorable tot.
The star heartbreakingly previously admitted: "I'm actually embarrassed about how unfit and out of shape I am...
"I feel like I should of tried to keep this up through my pregnancy but my pregnancy was absolutely HORRID."
Despite aiming to be candid and honest through her social media posts, Charlotte found herself the cruel target of social media trolls who 'mum shamed' her as they ludicrously suggested she was putting exercise over parenting duties.
One person wrote: "She literally had the baby a few weeks ago. She needs to calm down and have a day off."
Meanwhile, the recommends losing weight sensibly after giving birth, focussing on both the physical and mental health benefits as well as nutrition.
According to the NHS a woman gains between 10kg to 12.5kg during pregnancy.
Its website advises new mums: "Listen to your body. Pace yourself and make sure you get plenty of rest too.
"If you think you need to lose weight, there's lots of help available, including individual and group support. Your health visitor, midwife or GP should be able to give you more information about options near you.

"If you join a weight-loss group, tell them that you have recently had a baby, and let them know if you're breastfeeding, so they can give you the right advice."
Charlotte has always been involved in the fitness industry and in 2017 celebrated a milestone for her Belly Fat Blitz DVD.
