MAYA Jama has showcased her impressive rock-hard abs as she continues to prepare to host Love Island for the first time.
The 28-year-old TV star, who was unveiled as Laura Whitmore’s replacement for the ITV2 show, posted a video on her Instagram account wearing a baby pink crop top.
In the clip shared on her Instagram story, Maya teamed the bralette with trousers in the matching shade.
It came as she got ready for an appearance on ITV’s panel show Don’t Hate The Playaz where she completed the look with a pink blazer.
As her hair and make-up team put the finishing touches to her look, Maya danced – and people couldn’t help noticing her washboard stomach.
But it’s no surprise she’s in such good shape, as this comes after Maya previously told her followers .
Earlier this month, Maya once again took to Instagram and re-posted a picture of her posing in the gym – and joked that she was ‘Island ready’.
In the snap originally shared by her personal trainer, Maya was wearing black sports leggings, a sports bra and a grey jacket.
She also showed she’d been working hard, as she jokingly put her bicep in the air to display the results.
Alongside it, her PT wrote: “I GOT A MESSAGE.
“Love Island, your new host is in shape and ready.”
And there’s not long to wait until Maya – who was recently linked to US R&B singer Giveon – makes her Love Island host debut.
The popular dating show will return for a winter version in South Africa early next year.
This marks the first winter instalment in three years, and the show is rumoured to have pulled out all the stops, having secured the biggest villa of the series to date
The luxury accommodation is reportedly located in a 'secluded and protected' area in the Franschhoek wine valley, and is ready to play host to the next batch of singletons.
Speaking about her excitement at taking over on the show that always has everyone talking, Maya said she can’t wait to see what unfolds.
She said: “I’ve always been such a massive Love Island fan and I’m so excited to be hosting one of the nation’s favourite shows!
“I can’t wait to get into the Villa to meet all of the Islanders.”
The show’s previous host Laura, 37, also gave Maya her seal of approval when she commented on her social media post announcing the news.
The mum-of-one, who is married to Iain Stirling who provides the laugh-out-loud voiceover, wrote underneath Maya’s post: “Yes girl!!
“So delighted for you! You’re gonna be fab.”
