STEPHEN "tWitch" Boss' wife shared a touching photo of the pair one week after his tragic death.
Allison Holker posted a selfie with tWitch, along with the heartbreaking caption: "My ONE and ONLY Oh how my heart aches. We miss you so much."
His mother, Connie Boss Alexander, turned to social media to express gratitude to supporters for their prayers in a post on her Instagram Stories, as memorials and tributes to The Ellen DeGeneres Show DJ continue to pour in.
She also shared a photo from a FaceTime call along with the caption: "Oh if only I could FT to heaven…"
Last week, tWitch reportedly checked into a motel close to his home, and the next day was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The dancer, DJ, and actor reportedly died from suicide.

Tyler Perry opens up about mental health
In the wake of tWitch's untimely death, the public is reframing conversations on mental health.
Tyler Perry opened up in a video he posted to about his own mental health issues.
Perry said he, like the rest of the world, was shocked by tWitch's passing, who died by suicide.
He added that he's also battled mental health struggles and attempted suicide.
Perry added it doesn't make sense to a lot of people and encouraged those "going through the darkness" to reach out for help.

Andy Lassner's message, conclusion
Lassner concluded his to tWitch with a message about mental health.
He stated of his friend, "There was a heavy burden that none of us realized he was carrying. He must have been so tired.
But we didn’t know because he never wanted it to be about him. Ever.
So now we can either spend all of our time wondering why and how and never being satisfied with the answers we imagine.
Or we can focus on being grateful for the gift he gave us by allowing us to take light from his flame.
The thing is that light still burns in us. All of us. Let’s try and share that light with the people we love. It’s really all we can do.
And that’s enough. It’s more than enough."

Lassner continued in his post, "He was everyone’s friend.
He really did care for every single person who worked at the show and everyone in his life.
And the thing is if you met him just once - you felt that feeling. That light. That’s why I think you and I are hurting.
Because we all counted on him. He was our flame. Our joy. Our dancer."
Andy Lassner sends a message
Producer of The Ellen Show, Andy Lassner posted a message to on Saturday about his friend and former colleague, tWitch.
He stated, "So many people on social media are posting pictures of themselves with Twitch. Talking about their close friendships with him.
Talking about the texts they exchanged with him just last week.
Talking about the conversation they once had with him. The thing is - it’s all true. It’s all real.
Those who knew him are not trying to make this tragedy about themselves. They are just trying to convey to you who Twitch was.
He made everything about you. He made you feel like the most important person in the world.
And he did this for everybody."
Ellen's producer speaks out
Andy Lassner, producer of The Ellen Show has taken to to honor his friend and former colleague.
Andy was a well-known producer on the show, participating in multiple bits and becoming a familiar face to audiences.
The two worked on the daytime talk show for over a decade and were both producers in the later seasons.
Lassner posted a photo of him with Ellen DeGeneres and tWitch sitting in the front seat of a car during one of the episodes.
He captioned it, "Rest, my friend."
Fans remember tWitch’s iconic dances
The dance community has taken to social media to remember some of tWitch’s most iconic dances on So You Think You Can Dance.
His performance to John Mayer’s Sleeping with a Broken Heart is remembered as one of the best moments on the show.
One fan said of the performance, “it always gives me chills. one of the greatest sytycd routines to date. rip tWitch you will always be so loved and cherished.”

So You Think You Can Dance host Cat Deeley added to the social media tributes for tWitch.
She of them on the show over the years laughing, joking, and dancing behind the scenes.

Grandfather reveals last words
tWitch's grandfather, Eddy Boss told the Daily Mail that last words to him were, "I love you Dad-Dad."
Eddy said there were no signs of suicidal thoughts leading up to tWitch's death and they had spoken the Saturday before he died.
tWitch's grandfather said, "He was the same happy-go-lucky person that he's always been. We had no indication that anything was out of the ordinary."
He added, "He was a very humble, generous person. He brought light into everybody's lives. We're completely devastated right now."

Video of tWitch with his son goes viral
A video of tWitch dancing with his son has gone viral on after his death.
The video shows the two joyfully dancing on The Ellen Show, back when tWitch was the resident DJ and producer.
One user replied to the video, "You don’t always have to know someone to love them. My heart hurts. Prayers to his family."
The dance community is also sharing their favorite routines in remembrance of the hip-hop star.

She stated via stories, “Family and friends, thank you for all the love, prayers and encouragement. Please know I see all the messages, texts, posts and the phone calls.

Jennifer Lopez added to the tributes after tWitch’s sudden passing.
The two were judges on World of Dance along with Derek Hough and Ne-Yo.
J-Lo wrote of her former co-star and fellow dancer, “Twitch was such a light and a beautiful soul…💔 Shocked and deeply saddened.

Ellen DeGeneres has taken to to share her favorite moments with her producer and DJ, tWitch after his death.
She shared, “Right now what I want to do is remember all the love and laughter I had with tWitch.
He brought so much joy to my life. I know he brought joy to yours too.”

The post included a tribute video she made for tWitch when her daytime talk show was coming to an end.
She surprised him with the video montage on the show and the two had a special moment reflecting on the bond they had.
Kris Jenner mourns tWitch
Upon hearing the tragic news, Kris took to and shared a sweet photo of him.
She captioned the post: “My heart is heavy today. tWitch brought so much laughter and joy to so many people and I am so grateful and blessed to have had the time with him on the Ellen Show that I did.
“He was always so kind and amazing. Truly a special soul. I am heartbroken, and my heart goes out to his beautiful wife, Alison, and their children Weslie, Maddox and Zaia.

When Allison and tWitch got married
On December 10, 2013, the two dancers married each other at Nigel Lythgoe’s Villa San Juliette Vineyard and Winery in California.
Holker has one daughter from a previous relationship, Weslie Renae.
After tWitch adopted Weslie, the two welcomed their first child together in March of 2016: Maddox Laurel.
Three years later, Allison gave birth to their daughter, Zaia.

DJ Boof- who spun for The Wendy Williams Show for 10 years, exclusively told The U.S. Sun that he and the late DJ tWitch had connected over social media through the years, as well as in the aftermath of Ellen DeGeneres‘ show ending.
Boof told The U.S. Sun: “I wish I was closer to him. I could have told him, ‘I know what you’re going through because I’ve been through that. Yeah, it’s a tough time, trust me, I understand.'”
“I reached out to him after the Ellen show ended, just to show my support because I know what it feels like to be at a talk show for years and then to have that disappear.”
“We were the only ones to be a DJ at a successful talk show. I don’t know what the reason is for why he is not around- but sometimes you wish you had a closer relationship with someone if you think you may be in a position to offer support.”

Allison Holker, 34, shared a sweet anniversary message to tWitch accompanied by a photo montage on her Instagram just three days before his tragic death.
Playing along with the slideshow, that showcased her and tWitch on their wedding day, was Adele’s One and Only.
The captioned the post: “It’s our 9th anniversary!! I couldn’t be more grateful to celebrate this perfect magical day!!! Saying YES to has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life!!”
She continued: “I feel so blessed and loved!! I love you baby and I will never take you or OUR love for granted! I LOVE YOU .”
Ellen DeGeneres co-workers ‘shaken’ after tragedy
A colleague of the beloved DJ said that his apparent suicide has sent shockwaves through former staffers at The Ellen Degeneres Show.
“This is a shock,’ the former coworker told The US Sun exclusively. “He was a massive part of Ellen’s team – he was part of the family.”
“No one can ever understand why someone would do this, but this is completely out of character for him. I’m at a loss for words.
“We are all trying to process what has happened.”
How tWitch came up with his nickname
Stephen “tWitch” Boss decided on his nickname based on the name he gave his 1992 Toyota Paseo when he was around 20 years old, he told in 2013.
The dancer told the outlet: “That was when I first started dancing, going places and teaching dance, and a lot of my dance knowledge and a lot of my dance thoughts took place in that car.”
“Driving from place to place. Whether it was to Huntsville, Tuscaloosa, Bessemer, Birmingham, whatever. I’d choreograph in the car.”
