LOOSE Women's Janet Street-Porter called out Coleen Nolan for being mean to her live on air.
The media legend, 75, finally hit back after being goaded over her birthday on the show.
The panel were discussing the trend of some companies offering employees the day off on their birthday.
Pointing out that shoe repair shop Timpson were taking on the idea Coleen said: "Janet, I'm going to start with you, because you love talking cobblers."
Loose Women's Janet began: "My birthday is not yet a national day of celebration."
Coleen, 57, suggested: "You could celebrate it on Halloween. We'd all be there."

Looking thoroughly unimpressed, Janet asked her: "Why are you so consistently crummy to me?"
Brenda Edwards, who was sitting between the pair, was caught on camera looking so shocked her mouth was open.
Coleen told Janet: "Ahh. It's because I love you. I do love you." She replied curtly: "I know."
Returning to the topic at hand, Janet went on: "Actually I don't want people to have a day off for their birthday because I think it's bad for business."

Referring to a firm that recently offered employees the day off for hangover, she asked: "Where will it end? Ridiculous."
She went on: "Isn't this just part of a general trend where people want flexible working, they want to work from home more.
"Sir James Dyson wrote a piece in the Times recently moaning that flexible working has now become a human right."
Janet has insisted she'd "missed out" on fun birthdays shared with friends because it falls soon after Christmas, on December 27.
Loose Women is no stranger to a fiery exchange, with many of the panel having worked together for years and are unafraid to speak bluntly to one another.
Janet has clashed with Charlene White and Penny Lancaster during debates in recent months.
