CHANNEL 4 has apologised for airing an episode of Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares USA at 4pm and forgetting to bleep out the notoriously sweary chef.
Gordon Ramsay, 56, swore a total of 39 times during the show, which Ofcom has said was a breach of broadcasting rules.
During the episode, which aired on the spin-off channel E4 Extra, Gordon said “f**k” 17 times, “s**t” nine times and said 13 more swear words.
The long-running documentary series sees the chef travel across the US while attempting to save struggling restaurants.
But the hothead frequently gets so furious at staff and conditions that he uses explicit language.
Channel 4 has apologised after a formal complaint was made to Ofcom.

It claimed to have mixed up the censored and uncensored versions, resulting in half of the post-watershed episode being shown by mistake.
It has now promised to put new checks in place so that it doesn’t happen again.
Gordon has found himself in hot water in the past for his bad language.
He previously said: “I want to run a proper kitchen with a pair of b*****ks, not stand there and wish everybody a merry Christmas and pat them on the back every time they do a good job.

“It’s high pressure, high energy and more importantly, real. That’s how we keep it each and every day.”
But the chef, who has kids Megan, 24, Holly, 22, Jack, 22, Tilly, 21, and Oscar, three, refuses to swear around his children.
He said: “My kids know not to use naughty words.
“I don't swear at home.”
Last month The Sun revealed how Gordon was trademarking his “idiot sandwich”.
The Hell’s Cafeteria clip, that has had 13 million views, saw Gordon, 56, slap two pieces of bread around the head of US TV host Julie Chan and called her an “Idiot Sandwich”.
Merchandise in America - including ear muffs that look like two slices of bread - is already on sale.
A TV insider said: “Being a shrewd businessman who’s up for a laugh, Gordon’s keen to bring the phenomenon to the UK.”
It comes in a busy period for Gordon with Next Level Chef debuting on ITV and a second series of Future Food Stars on BBC1 set to hit the screens.
