I’m A Celeb’s Owen Warner in line for six-part TV series after jungle success, say fans

FANS of I'm A Celebrity runner up Owen Warner believe he is in line for his own TV show.

Last night the Hollyoaks star, 23, narrowly missed out on becoming King of the Jungle as Lioness Jill Scott took the crown.

But Owen's followers think it won't be long until the actor - who was hugely popular on I'm A Celebrity - announces a new six-part series.

Taking to Reddit, one fan posted:" I’d like to see Owen have his own six part series where he goes to different parts of the world and meets all these different types of people and sees the biggest sights in the world.

"He tries loads of different types of food and cultural activities and just talks about how 'gassed; he is to be there.

"He’s so pure and innocent he’ll have a great time, and we’ll have a great time watching him."

Owen's fans immediately agreed, with one replying: "Aw, I'd actually quite like to see that!!!"

While this one said: "I'd be up for seeing that. Ended up really liking Owen and was glad he got to the final."

Another commented: "Like a positive spin on An Idiot Abroad. I like it."

Others think Owen's jungle success could mean bad news for Hollyoaks fans.

One added: "I give him another 6 months in Hollyoaks. I reckon he’ll be getting quite a few offers after this."

However Owen - who plays Romeo Nightingale in the Channel 4 soap - inked a new contract before his stint in the jungle.

Earlier this week The Sun revealed he is set to make millions after his appearance on the ITV show, with Boohoo Man part of a bidding war to sign up the hunk.

A source close to Owen said: “The approaches have already started from big, household family brands.

“He takes such good care of his physical and mental health, has family values and a strong work ethic and that’s all a big plus to these sorts of companies.

“He’s a really safe bet for brands and he is a clothes horse for sure!

“But he’s likely to be really selective about what he does and he will take great care to consider who he is aligning with.”
