POP star Boy George was greeted by the sound of his classic hit Karma Chameleon as he stepped into a five-star hotel after becoming I’m A Celebrity’s fourth evictee.

The Culture Club singer, 61, who previously threatened to quit after ITV bosses refused him a ride in a golf buggy, was back in diva mode.

He refused to do any post-exit interviews and snubbed TV appearances following his 18 days in camp.

But he did have time for a hug with Gina Coladangelo, 45 — the girlfriend of camp foe Matt Hancock.

George later posted a snap online of him enjoying pizza in his room at the hotel on the Gold Coast.

He is said to have asked ITV if he could fly straight home but they reminded him he is contractually obliged to stay until the finale.

Last night, Ant and Dec revealed the vote was between pop icon Boy George and radio presenter Chris Moyles.

But it was Boy George whose jungle journey ended leaving just seven campmates to fight it out for the crown.

Speaking afterwards, the 80s icon said: "I am sort of ready.

"I've had an amazing time. I've did a lot of things I never thought I would do."

George added: "I'm sort of excited to see my sister.

"I've never done anything like this."

He added: "Seeing myself, it's horrifying."

George added the experience was much tougher than he thought it'd be but he went in to challenge himself.

He said it made him appreciate what he had in his life.

About the arrival of MP Matt Hancock George admitted it was "challenging", but added that he was ";just a person" who "mucked in".
