Love Island’s Cara De La Hoyde reveals she ‘doesn’t have sex’ with husband Nathan Massey
LOVE Island champion Cara De La Hoyde has revealed she and husband Nathan Massey struggle to find time for sex.
The pair met and fell in love on the ITV2 series back in 2016, and have been together ever since, getting married and having two children.
But busy work lives and raising a family comes with its catches, with Cara revealing the pair struggle to make time to be intimate anymore.
"We don't really have sex, to be honest. We don't do it enough. It's been a while," she revealed Closer magazine.
"Believe it or not, for a little guy, Nathan's well-trained, and he's very enthusiastic, but it's just finding the time."
The couple have been sharing their life online ever since leaving the villa, from buying their own home and running several businesses to Cara's personal experience with mental health.
As one of the first couples of the show to stand the test of time, the pair welcomed Freddie-George in 2017, and daughter Delilah in 2020.
And with everything she's learned, Cara made sure she was on hand to help out her co-star Olivia Bowen as she and husband Alex welcomed their own baby, son Axel, earlier this year.
Cara has been sharing her parenting journey online via Instagram, including the ups and downs of being a parent.
Thankfully they have managed to have some downtime together, heading to Paris for a family trip to Disneyland in November.
Back in February, she admitted the couple were considering another child.
"It's been crazy, we are definitely thinking of number three... but just not yet," she said.
"We are going to wait until they are a bit older otherwise I think we’d lose our minds."

Cara has also confessed she no longer tries to keep up with other reality stars - unfollowing anyone on social media who claims to have a "perfect" life.
"Years ago I was trying to compete with all these young girls who had come off Love Island and I had to say to myself, 'Cara - this is not who you are'," she said.
"I was trying to portray an image that wasn't me to keep up and it was pressurising.
"I unfollowed loads of 'perfect people' showing off their lives because it wasn't helping me in any way."
