Holly Willoughby takes a raunchy step towards becoming the UK’s answer to Gwyneth Paltrow
THIS Morning star Holly Willoughby has launched a raunchy sex guide — including tips for women who struggle to orgasm.
Holly, 41, was labelled the UK’s answer to Gwyneth Paltrow when she launched a lifestyle website with a range of crystals and candles.
Now she appears to have gone full-blown Paltrow as a frank sex chat has been included on her website — reminiscent of the Hollywood wellness guru’s lovemaking discussions on her Goop blog.
The piece on her Wylde Moon site reads: “Up to half of women will experience some kind of sexual problem at some point in our lives…ranging from a lack of desire, to finding sex uncomfortable or unsatisfying. But it doesn’t have to be that way.”
It then says achieving orgasm is one of women’s biggest issues.
But Holly stops short of sharing tips from her own bed and relies instead on Wylde Moon’s sexual healing coach Amy White.

The article reads: “From having a low sex drive, struggling to orgasm, feeling uncomfortable or tired or not being able to communicate your needs, Amy has advice.”
Amy says: “The number one rule is to step away from the goal of orgasm. I call this the ‘pleasure not pressure’ technique.
“Focus on sensations in your body – this could be alone at first, or with your partner – find out what you enjoy.”
And Amy says faking it is a big no-no as “we’re denying ourselves the opportunity to experience real pleasure”.
