OLIVIA Attwood has slammed Matt Hancock’s I’m A Celebrity stint, saying he “needs to do his job.”
The star spoke on This Morning today and discussed MP Matt’s appearance on the hit ITV show.
Matt was exposed by The Sun last year when he cheated on his wife Martha Hoyer Millar with his closest aide Gina Coladangelo, 43 - breaking his own Covid rules in the process.
His signing came with a huge backlash, with a petition against the move reaching 44,000 signatures.
As Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield asked Olivia, who was forced to leave the show after 24 hours on medical grounds, what her opinion of Matt was on the show she shared: “Who knows what’s going on in his head.
“It’s a PR activity being on the show and he’s trying to obviously redeem himself.

“In terms of the British public he needs us to warm to him by coming out and doing his job properly. Let’s sort out the NHS and do the things you need to be doing.”
The former Health Secretary's arrival last week has certainly ruffled a few feathers in camp.
The likes of Corrie's Sue Cleaver, pop icon Boy George and radio DJ Chris Moyles have made their opinions on the matter very clear.
Since his late arrival alongside comedian Seann Walsh, the celebrities have laid into the disgraced MP.
However some fans have pointed out that they have also done wrong in the past.
One wrote on Twitter: "Boy George is such a whingeing, moaning hypocrite! Along with Mike, Sue and Chris they are about on par with the jungle snakes! #ImACeleb."

Meanwhile a fourth wrote: "Hypocrite Chris Moyles #ImACeleb."
"@ChrisMoyles oh p**s off chris you avoided tax," a fifth said.
