Faith's daughter Chas put her ashes on top of the bar in the Woolpack pub.

The ashes were turned into a giant rocket firework, meaning that Faith would be going out with a bang and lighting up the sky.

The message on the urn read: "In loving memory of Faith Dingle. You lit up our lives."

Paddy commented: "She would like that."

Chas agreed: "Yeah, all ready to be lit up on Christmas Day just like she asked for."

Cancer sufferer Faith took her own life in emotional scenes during the ITV soap's 50th anniversary special episodes.

Fans were amazed at the idea of putting Faith's ashes into a firework.

Taking to Twitter, one said: "Faith's ashes in a space shuttle launch.... #Emmerdale."

Another wrote: "Mahoosive firework. Faith is back at the Woolly #Emmerdale."

A third penned: "That firework will probably cause an explosion etc knowing #Emmerdale."

Also in the episode, Moira told her husband Cain that she might not come back from Belfast once she’s tracked Amy and Kyle down.

And when she got home, it seemed like she had made her mind up.

Packing up son Isaac’s things, Moira said goodbye to her brother and left the village.

But will she return?

Emmerdale airs weekdays on ITV.
