Ant McPartlin snaps at Sue Cleaver in awkward I’m A Celeb moment

THERE was tension in the jungle during the latest episode of I'm A Celebrity as host Ant snapped at Sue Cleaver in a cringeworthy moment.

The tense exchange came during Matt Hancock and Owen Warner's trial where their fellow camp mates were able to come and watch.

During one part of the trial, based on the hit game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, where Matt and Owen called on Corrie star Sue to help them out as their 'phone a friend'.

The actress panicked that she would not be able to get the answer right and would be 'humiliated'.

During the awkward exchange, Sue said: "Oh, please don't humiliate me on TV."

Ant quickly snapped back telling her: "Well, don't come on I'm A Celebrity, Sue!"

A shocked Sue sharply quipped back:  "You are dead to me!"

Sue was called up to offer expertise on the year that Coronation Street first aired but found herself unexpectedly covered in green slime during the moment, like that of Matt and Owen.

Although Sue was able to provide the boys with the correct answer, they still only managed to bag 5 out of a possible 11 stars for their camp after struggling their way through the trial.

For Sue, her torment did not stop there after she ended up being doused in different coloured powder paint during the Deals on Wheels challenge with Chris Moyles and Jill Scott.

The three were covered head to toe in an assortment of colours following the task and the pink was still evident in Sue's hair as Ant and Dec spoke live to the camp the following morning.
