VIEWERS have threatened to switch off I'm A Celebrity... and complain to Ofcom after controversial scenes with Matt Hancock.
Many fans of the ITV hit were fuming over footage which aired on Friday November 11 where the former Health Secretary apologised for the mistakes that he made during the pandemic.
Matt admitted he has just written a book about his handling of the Covid crisis, before admitting he had made errors and was "looking for forgiveness" from the public.
The politician, 44, appeared emotional as his fellow campmates grilled him about what happened during lockdown- in particular his handling of PPE for care homes and breaking guidelines about socialising with people outside of his household.
Chris Moyles branded him a a “b***end“ for breaking his own Covid guidelines when he was caught having an affair.
Chris then later confided to Scarlette Douglas that he felt Matt was "not telling us the full truth" after he explained the reasoning for his actions during the pandemic.

Then Loose Women star Charlene White vented that her aunt died of coronavirus at the time.
After Matt said he fell in love with his aide Gina Coladangelo and that is why he broke the rules he set, Charlene chastised him and told him the excuse "didn't cut it".
“We all make mistakes. I made a pretty big one," Matt told the group as Corrie actress Sue Cleaver attempted to diffuse some of the tension.
But while Matt later hugged Charlene and told her his reason for doing the show was because he was "looking for forgiveness", many viewers watching at home were not feeling in a forgiving mood.
One fumed: “Ofcom I am calling for the removal of @MattHancock from the show please stop making him look like a victim the victims are families like mine and others who lost a loved one in lockdown the ones who followed the rules.“

A second added: "Dear @Ofcom I wish to complain about the current I’m a Celebrity show. Watching people eat vaginas & camel penis sickened me to my stomach But not as much as listening to Matt Hancock begging for forgiveness whilst earning 400k & promoting his book #NoMoreFakeTears.“
And a third weighed in: @Ofcom please accept my complaint re Matt Hancock on I'm a celeb - for the public who are still affected by covid to see him seeking publicity for himself and his book is a disgrace - he should not be on the programme and we should not the subjected to this.“
A fourth simply vowed that the MP had made them turn off the show entirely.
They ranted: "Not watching this year and people just need to switch it off."
Another echoed the same sentiment, saying: Do not watch #ImACelebrity switch off and do not return. This is inhumane for 200,000 people who have lost loved ones and for everyone else that put up with his lies and deceit."
