Shirley Ballas, who is the head judge on Strictly, showed herself performing on a dance on a busy competition dance floor.

The Queen of Latin wore a sparkling gown for the outing, featuring rhinestones up her arms and all over the bust of the tight-fitted top.

Meanwhile, Shirley, 62, kicked her knee-length silky skirt in the air as she looked to be performing some acrobatics on the floor.

Appearing fresh faced, with her hair styled in neat curls, the dancer accessorised with sparkling earrings and high-heeled dance shoes.

"Three legs, fifteen years old," she captioned the snap, referring to another woman's leg that had been captured between hers.

Strictly star Shirley still wows her fans with her impressive figure when she appears on the BBC One show on Saturdays and Sundays.

Recently, the head judge wowed viewers in a sheer dress as she joined host Claudia Winkleman for a chat.

It comes after Dianne Buswell broke her silence after fans accused Shirley of a sly dig - in an ongoing row about Shirley on the show.

As Shirley was giving her take on Dianne and Tyler's Waltz - a routine they had struggled with throughout training - she referred to the pro as "Diana."

Dianne has now taken to her page to uploaded a written paragraph which states: "Firstly thank you guys for all the support on our dance last night.

"It was a tough week but I am forever in awe of the hard work and dedication Tyler brings every single week.

"Another point I want to address is I have seen a lot of hateful comments aimed at Shirley for simply adding an 'a' to the end of my name which doesn't offend me - but what does make me upset is someone being bullied online.

"We are all human and doing the best we can. Let's all please be kind to one another and not put each other down.

"Once again thank you for all your positive messages it really does mean a lot to us all."

Shirley has been facing backlash lately from fans - amid speculation that she should be replaced as a judge over sexism.

Many viewers think that Shirley has been showing preference to the male celebrity dancers over the women taking part on this year's series of the  BBC1 show.
