Emmerdale star Lucy Pargeter breaks silence as fans demand she is axed
FROM cheating on her husband to manipulating her own son, Chas Dingle's actions have made her a true villain for many ITV viewers.
While fans have demanded for her to be axed, Emmerdale star Lucy Pargeter responded to criticism on Twitter.
The Woolpack bar manager has been getting on many nerves in recent months.
Unforgiving fans of the Yorkshire-based drama have struggle to witness her long-running affair with Al Chapman and have expressed their bitter thoughts on Twitter.
Lucy Pargeter recently took to the same platform to share her gratitude with viewers - and respond to their criticism of her on-screen alter ego.
"Just a little thank you from me and my Emmerdale family", she first penned.

Soap viewers immediately responded with praise for her acting skills which are clearly paying off.

Chas' fall from grace has had a thunderous impact on viewers as they witnessed her spiral after finding out her mother Faith had terminal cancer.
Instead of turning to her husband Paddy, Chas found comfort in her former enemy.
The pair were once caught by Belle Dingle who eventually agreed to keep schtum when Chas vowed to end things with the businessman.
But she never kept her word, which eventually backfired.

Upon his return to the eponymous Dales, Aaron was sickened to learn Chas' dirty secret out of love for his father figure Paddy.
Once again, Chas promised nothing would be happening with Al - while making plans for a future with him.
Aaron caught her red-handed again and, disgusted by her behaviour, left Emmerdale by rejecting their mother-son bond.
The character played by Danny Miller warned Chas her actions would cost her everything and that, when everything would come crashing down on her, he would support Paddy over her.
Chas' illicit romance with Al came to an abrupt end when the latter was shot dead by Kyle Winchester - and her brother Cain has taken the blame.
But with Kerry Wyatt still unaware of their affair, she's been hiding her grief from everyone and supporting the shop worker through the ordeal.
