Love Island’s Luca mocked by Gemma’s dad Michael Owen as he joins family holiday to Dubai

LOVE Island star Luca Bish is officially in with the in-laws – though according to girlfriend Gemma’s dad Michael Owen, he might need some help with his hand/eye co-ordination.

Luca and Gemma have been loved up since meeting each other on the ITV2 reality show, and jetted off for a family holiday in Dubai with the Owens at the end of October.

Tracking their travels via a vlog, Gemma shared happy memories from the trip which included jet-skiing, fancy dinners, and lazy days on the beach.

During one day, Luca took part in an impromptu family sports day, and got rinsed by former England star Michael Owen as he played frisbee.

As Michael lobbed the disc in the air, the former fishmonger made several failed attempts to try and catch it.

With Gemma watching on, Michael couldn’t help but make cheeky comments at his daughter’s boyfriend, calling him “butterfingers” as the frisbee slipped from Luca’s grasp and landed in the water.

During another attempt, Lucas nearly caught it but slipped in the sand, again failing to catch it.

Gemma’s siblings James, 16, Emily, 15 and 12-year-old Jessica were also present during the trip, with Luca later getting back some cred by beating James in a long-jump competition.

The family holiday has seemingly been a storming success for all of them, with Gemma also sharing clips from a boat trip in which her famous dad branded her the ‘most annoying’ out of his kids during a TikTok trend before pushing her into the water.

This was Gemma and Luca’s second holiday in two months.

They enjoyed a holiday in Portugal with her family in August, shortly after returning home to the UK after Love Island stint.
