Ten celebrities are heading into the I'm a Celeb jungle - but some have to take to the skies first.

In teaser pictures released ahead of tomorrow's first episode, DJ Chris, 48, can be seen jumping out of a plane with his skydiving instructor.

The star looks terrified before the parachute opens and a smile breaks out across his face.

Meanwhile former Love Island star Olivia, 31, also steps up to the challenge and dives out of the plane with her instructor.

Olivia can be seen holding her arms out with her eyes lowered as she free falls towards the ground before she also bursts into a smile once the parachute opens and she can take in the view.

Before one half of the celebrities were tasked with the skydive, they all had to meet for the first time.

Olivia and Chris can be seen meeting up with footballer Jill Scott, Loose Women's Charlene White and Gogglebox's Babatunde Aléshé.

Chris shares a laugh with Charlene, 42, as the five stars chat by a pool.

Meet and greet over, three celebrities - Babatúndé, Jill and Charlene - travel to the iconic Focus building in Australia's Surfers Paradise for the infamous plank challenge - with a difference.

Now back with a terrifying makeover as ‘The Ledge’, the campmates must walk to the edge of the plank and once all in position, take a step forward onto the ledge so they are leaning forward and facing down the jaw-dropping 334 foot drop to the ground. Here they have to hold the position for one full minute.

At the end of the 60 seconds they must let go of the rope that supports them and plunge from their perch in order to each win a coveted star.

Meanwhile, the remaining five celebrities; Mike Tindall, Boy George, Owen Warner, Sue Cleaver and Scarlette Douglas, are seen meeting for the first time in a separate location at a marina.

Culture Club star Boy George is pictured giving Mike, 44, a kiss on the cheek as they meet, while wearing a colourful shirt, matching trousers and a statement black hat.

Not to be outdone, A Place in the Sun's Scarlette, 35, wears a bright green boiler-style jumpsuit, while Corrie star Sue, 59, rocks a blue patterned jumpsuit and trainers.

Three stars - Mike, Sue and Owen - are locked onto the mast of a boat, dubbed the Critter Cruise. Each celebrity must undertake a challenge to unlock one each.

Up first, Mike must get into the water and pop up inside an upturned boat. Inside he finds letters that correlate to numbers. Can he figure out the correct code to pass back to his teammates to unlock his star?

Sue’s challenge sees her face the ‘bait shack’. Here three hell holes are filled with critters. Inside, she must search out the fish eyes. Count them up and she’ll earn her code to open her padlock. Will she succeed?

And Owen must get straight into the action, taking on a pipe that is blocked. If he can ignore the bugs and grime and remove the bolts, he’ll unlock the grate and find the allen keys that’ll help him release his code and get his padlock open. Will it be smooth sailing for Owen?
