Queen’s cousin becomes latest royal to sign up for reality TV show
I’M A Celebrity signing Mike Tindall is not the only member of the Royal Family giving reality TV a whirl this year.
I can exclusively reveal that a relative of King Charles, Princess Olga Romanoff, will take part in new E4 series The Big Celebrity Detox.
The show sees stars trying out a range of weird therapies — including drinking their own urine — which are almost as stomach-churning as the jungle’s Bushtucker Trials.
A TV insider said: “Princess Olga was a huge signing for The Big Celebrity Detox and certainly brought a regal air to proceedings.
“She had no airs and graces and threw herself into all the different therapies, which included some stars having to down their own wee.
“Olga was filming the show when the Queen passed away and that was really difficult for her. She was her cousin and she was given some time off from filming to watch the funeral service.

“Despite this, Olga gave the show her all and was a really good sport. It will make for some great telly.”
Olga joins stars including Homes Under The Hammer presenter Martin Roberts and Chloe Veitch from Too Hot To Handle.
The E4 series, which currently still does not have an air date, will see the celebrities attempting some of the wackiest health fads out there.
They are guided through the procedures by experts and nothing was off the table when it came to experimenting.

Now the royals will have to watch in horror as both Mike and Princess Olga consume all sorts of vile things.
Though nothing can be as bad as them having to stomach Prince Harry's upcoming autobiography . . .
DEREK: 'TANGO'S A GONER'
THE fifth series of Last Tango In Halifax may have been, er, the last.
That’s according to one of its leading stars, Sir Derek Jacobi, who’s been in the BBC1 show since it launched a decade ago.
The stage and screen veteran takes the role of Alan, a retired man who reconnects with his childhood sweetheart Celia, played by Anne Reid, in the drama.
The last episodes aired in 2020 and Sir Derek believes the show is over as he has heard nothing from writer Sally Wainwright about new episodes.
He said: “I had a good thing going, it’s stopped now. I don’t think they’ll ever do any more. It was lovely while it lasted.”
Sally has been busy working on series two of Gentleman Jack and the upcoming return of Happy Valley starring Sarah Lancashire.
Let’s hope Sally is secretly up for one Last Tango . . .
Merry Sheri
SHERIDAN Smith plays a woman who pinballs from booze and fags to sex and drugs in upcoming show, Rosie Molloy Gives Up Everything.
But the actress seems equally erratic with the various looks her character dons in the comedy drama which starts on Sky and Now on December 7.
In the new trailer for the show, Rosie seen looking glamorous in a wine bar, before necking cans of beer and cigarettes with pals then drinking out of bottles in the street wearing a surprising grey wig.
After a rather embarrassing incident at her brother’s wedding, she’s heard saying: “I need to change, I need to give up everything.”
After cutting down on intoxicants she concludes: “That takes me from Keith Richards to Lindsay Lohan - and she still looks hot.”
I think that’s what they call “the hellraiser’s sweet spot”.
Strictly line-up
THE seed of their romance was planted on last year’s Strictly, then it bloomed on the Strictly Professionals live tour earlier this summer.
But fans of Nadiya Bychkova and Kai Widdrington will miss them next year as the pair have opted out of the next stage of live gigs.
The pros lining up for the shows in 2023 have now been confirmed as Dianne Buswell, Carlos Gu, Vito Coppola, Karen Hauer, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk, Jowita Przystal and Nancy Xu.
They will perform in 31 dates across the UK, starting in Hull on May 2 and taking in cities including Aberdeen, York, Birmingham, and Bournemouth.
The tour will end in Liverpool on May 30.
BECKS A DAD IDEA TO GINO
GINO D’Acampo has caused a stir by blaming David Beckham for making him a more hands-on dad – and claiming that couples now spend too much time together.
Speaking on the Happy Mummy, Happy Baby podcast, the telly chef singled out footie legend and devoted parent Becks, saying: “He’s ruined my life that man – now I have to do the same!
“Before David Beckham, dads, they used to go to work, and they used to see the kids in the evening, and then he came around and we started to have social media so everybody started to see what other celebrities do. This idea of the cool dad and the cool mum is crap.
“It’s not only important for the relationship with your kids but also the relationship with your partner to have a life by yourself.

“Men and women are not designed to be together. We think in a different way, we have different tastes, we do different things.
“Can we live together? Yes we can. But forever hand in hand? No flipping way.”
