Horror film fans ‘too scared to sleep’ after watching Terrifier 2 – the movie so scary people were SICK in cinemas

NETFLIX fans can’t sleep after watching a Halloween flick that’s so scary it made cinema-goers throw up.

Terrifier 2 is new to the platform and it’s certainly living up to its name with a freaky murderous clown and bucket loads of gore.

After braving the horror flick, one viewer said: “Terrifier 2 was so gruesome. I feel like a kid afraid to go to sleep with out the tv on now.”

Another posted: “Terrifier 2 messed with my spirit so much that I really could not sleep last night … it’s been a while since a horror movie has done that to me.”

A third exclaimed: “Terrifier 2 is a new f**king level of grotesque.”

The movie was recently shown in American cinemas and shocked with its graphic violence.

The film, which has warning for blood and gore, sees character Art the Clown go on a rampage, hunting down a teenage brother and sister.

Producer Steve Barton warned there had been “fainting and vomiting” in theatres ahead of its Netflix release.

He told film fans to “take extreme caution” and “warned” those brave enough to prepare themselves for “brutal killing”.

Steve said: “This movie contains scenes of graphic violence and brutal depictions of horror.

“Viewers who are faint of heart, prone to light headedness or have weak stomachs are advised to take extreme caution.

“There have already been instances of fainting and vomiting in theatres. For those choosing to continue, you have been warned…”

It’s scored a very high 91 per cent on movie ratings site Rotten Tomatoes.

It comes after horror movie fans called Netflix movie Within so terrifying that they were left “s**ting themselves”.

The 2016 flick about paranormal activity was added to the streaming service in 2019 – and has been terrifying viewers since.
