A FORMER legend of The Bill has been pictured looking worlds away from his character.
Actor Jeff Stewart was out and about in London as he celebrated turning 67.
The actor played PC Reg Hollis on the ITV police drama for over 20 years, appearing in the show from 1984 until 2008.
He was one of the longest serving cast members of the show, regularly appearing alongside Chris Ellison.
Jeff wore a long leather jacket and was rocking a very bushy, Father Christmas-like beard.
The actor was seen relaxing in a café as he chatted with a woman and her young child before giving them a wave on their way out.

The star must've enjoyed the food as he took home his leftovers in a doggy bag.
Jeff was then seen heading across the street carrying a Warhol book by Blake Gopnik after his drink.
The Bill legend remained a show favourite until two years before the show was axed by ITV for good, when his contract ended and wasn't renewed.
The actor was born in Aberdeen but moved to Southampton when he was three months old.
