Emily Atack and Carol Vorderman lead stars on red carpet for the Pride of Britain awards
EMILY Atack, Carol Vorderman and Molly-Mae Hague have led the glitz celebrating the heroic efforts of Britain's finest at the suitably glamorous Pride Of Britain awards.
The annual event, marking life-saving acts of heroism and charity fundraising, always draws some of the best from the UK's telly as they celebrate members of the public and their achievements.
Carol Vorderman, who has been a long-time host of the event, made a statement in a bold red dress as she made her way onto the carpet.
Holly Willoughby looked every inch an English Rose with a rose-coloured and inspired princess gown which floated as she moved. The This Morning presenter kept her hair up in a loose bun.
All eyes were on Molly-Mae Hague as she arrived at the event absolutely beaming, cradling her growing baby bump as she enters the seventh month of her pregnancy.
Glowing with a large smile, Molly wore a white dress with huge sleeves that almost looked like she was wrapped in a bow.
White is definitely the in look for pregnant British stars, with Corrie's Lucy Fallon and Hollyoaks' Jorgie Porter following suit and looking just as radiant.
Shirley Ballas wore an outfit fit for the Strictly Come Dancing judges panel, in a glittery gold jumpsuit which she beamed in.
It seems she started a continuing trend for the evening, with glitter being the must-have item as they celebrated the UK's real secret stars.
Love Island's Zara McDermott slicked her hair back and wore a deep bronze dress with a thigh-high slit to show off her equally bronzed legs.
Dame Kelly Holmes kept things simple with an off-sleeve black gown.
Peter Andre arrived with two plus ones – his eldest children, Junior and Princess, who both looked as elegant and swish as their dear old dad as they joined him on the carpet.
Ashley Banjo looked swanky in a navy-blue and black three-piece suit, waving to the crowd as he made his way in.
This was echoed by Strictly's Giovanni Pernice, who wore a blue suit with gold tie and matching pocket square.
Shortly after his arrival, his ex-girlfriend – Love Island's Maura Higgins, made sure she caught everyone's eye in a striking lemon yellow dress with a dropped back and massive poofy-layered skirt.
Today's ceremony was held at Grosvenor House in London.
