RICHARD Madeley was slammed for asking an "awful' question to a Sandy Hook victim's dad on Good Morning Britain.
This morning's instalment of the ITV show saw Richard, 66, and co-host Susanna Reid, 51, speak to Robbie Parker, the father of Emilie Parker, who sadly died in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting 10 years ago.
On December 14 2012, Adam Lanza, 20, killed 26 people at the school in Newtown, Connecticut, United States.
Last week far-right radio show host Alex Jones, 48, was successfully sued for saying that the shooting was a "hoax" and the parents of the 20 children who had died were "crisis actors".
The conspiracy theorist now has to pay the victims £870million.
During his stint on the show, Alex Jones came into conversation, and Richard was keen to know if Robbie had any "revenge fantasies" planned.

Richard said: "You are transparently a decent and civilised and intelligent man, but just as one father to another, I would be unable to control revenge fantasies going way beyond a court of law.
"How do you cope with them? Because you must have them."
Robbie paused for a second and replied: "I am a human being.
"My mind can wander into those places.

"But those are the same realms that I think Alex Jones and Alex Jones' listeners go into and so I try not to spend too much time there.
"I try to focus on what's best for my family and our healing and really focus on our grief and being somebody that can actually bring a lot of good in the world.
"Emilie's life touched many people and only brought love and joy. As her parents, we only want to bring that."
Viewers at home were in shock with what Richard asked the show's guest.
One said on Twitter: "Richard asking the man if he'd fantasised about murdering Alex Jones, how do you even respond to that? #GMB."
Another added: "Oh my god Richard Madeley is awful. Asking a poor bereaved dad what revenge fantasies he had?! Luckily the dad put him in his place."
