Jeremy Vine’s Storm Huntley makes surprise return after giving birth to reveal all about future on show

STORM Huntley arrived back at the Jeremy Vine Show this morning with some exciting news for viewers.

The co-presenter arrived in the studio with three-month-old baby Otis, and told Jeremy how her life has changed over the last few months.

She also revealed what it’s like being a mum for the first time.

Storm told Jeremy: “I am loving it, but that’s not to say it’s not hard, hard would be an understatement.” 

Talking about how sociable baby Otis is she said: “He always is well behaved when there’s lots of people around, he particularly likes a pub environment,” she joked.

Storm then went on to announce her big news, exclaiming “I’m back on Monday!"

Jeremy questioned: “Back with Otis?”

“Well I asked Otis, he was too expensive," Storm replied.

“So I’m coming back on my own, but I’m very excited to come back.  I think a lot of people would say three months was quite soon.

"And they’re absolutely right. It’s gone in a flash and I feel like I only gave birth yesterday.

"But we’re quite fortunate because we’ll be finished earlier and that means I can go home and spend some time with him.”

Storm will be joining Jeremy on Monday morning for the show’s segment The Papers and Everything Else and she will host Jeremy Vine Extra.

The Jeremy Vine Show airs weekdays on Channel 5 from 9.15am.
