ONLY Fools and Horses legend John Challis left £469,000 to his wife.
The Boycie star died aged 79 in September 2021 after battling cancer.
Probate figure show he left a gross estate of £497,000.
After his affairs were settled, the remainder went to fourth wife Carol.
John became a household name starring in the classic sitcom as cigar-smoking, second-hand car dealer Terrance Aubrey Boyce.
His antagonistic relationship with Del Boy and Rodney Trotter often saw him in the Nag’s Head swigging cognac.

John also starred in spin-off The Green Green Grass, and ITV sitcom Benidorm.
He was previously married to stage manager Carol Robertson, and actresses Debbie Arnold and Sabina Franklyn.
Arsenal fan John had no children, saying in 2011: “It would’ve been nice to pass on all the stories and the experiences I’ve had. Not that they’d take any bloody notice, of course. Like me.”
