Carol Vorderman shows off epic abs and hits back at trolls who tell her to ‘act her age’

CAROL Vorderman showed off her epic abs as she revealed her morning workout.

The 61-year-old also insisted that she gives her 'middle finger' to the trolls.

The telly star shared a video showing off her yoga moves on a mat in a red gym set.

Carol looked incredible in a long sleeved red top, matching high-waisted leggings and a pair of orange trainers.

The former Countdown presenter opted for a natural face make-up look and styled her blonde locks into a middle parting.

In the caption Carol opened up about what she's been trying to achieve during her yoga sessions.

She said: "Been trying much more yoga and Pilates and 'learning the splits' stretching this summer.....now I’ve put it into my own routine as pure slow yoga isn’t for me, even though it’s obviously very good.

"Soooooooo just a few shots from what I now do every morning (not the whole routine)...a bit of the 5 Tibetans (a yoga thing) and adductors and abs and hamstrings all good and firing....

The telly star went on to hit back at people who have an opinion on her and what she does at her age.

Carol continued: "And to anyone who says you shouldnt do “this or that” at a certain age...and is still living in the 20th or even 19th century....please bear this in mind when you’re attempting to troll any woman no matter what their age ...

"I love my life ❤️ I’m alive and fit and happy.....but
do you know the strongest bit of my body now?

"It’s my middle finger.....and I use that middle finger without apology....so a word from the wise.

"Calm Down and Smile and join the happy crowd. It’s much a much nicer place to be 😂💪🏼😎."

It comes days after Carol looked sensational in a camouflage top as she returned from I'm A Celebrity All Stars.

The star, who was a huge hit on the 2016 series, has been busy in South Africa filming the spin-off series.
