CAROL Vorderman looked sensational in a figure-hugging workout top as she revealed exercise that keeps her in shape.
The former Countdown star, 61, showed off her incredible physique in the zip-up khaki sports top and matching leggings.
The mathematician said that she had enjoyed a gruelling kettlebells workout, which is a great tool for strength training and building muscle.
Looking fresh-faced in a makeup free clip, Carol told fans: "So I've got a very sweaty kettlebell session coming up now.
"I did it yesterday and woah was it hard - 25 minutes, more or less non-stop, online and it's free on YouTube.
"I found this amazing couple, called Juice and Toyah and they have lots of different workouts and I really like them."

She captioned the short clip: "Been working out a lot online and really enjoying it.
"Recommended two YouTube fitness stars to me.
"I love the stuff from Juice and Toyah @toyacherrelle@juicetontx. Excellent.

Carol's fans raced to compliment the star on her effortlessly stunning appearance - while a few pointed out her rather daring outfit choice for a workout.

It comes after Carol revealed her surprising secret behind her youthful good looks - and it's not for the weak.
The TV host said she takes supplements - including one containing an ingredient called Spermidine - a chemical found in semen as well as many foods.
In a video, posted on her Instagram, the British TV presenter, told fans that the reason why she feels "on top of the world" at the age of 62, and why she manages to still look good is because she takes these supplements.
In the video, Carol begins: "When you get to know me, you'll know that I treat life as one big experiment, and I love it."
She explained to her fans that she has been looking into "the latest science-backed compounds, Spermidine activates a cellular cleanup process called autophagy".
Adding: "If you haven't heard of the process, cell autophagy is so important that it won a Nobel prize for the Japanese scientist who explained how it works."
The presenter then told fans that she takes other supplements but they "perform different tasks."
She concluded the caption: "This one I think is particularly important for those of us that causes dysfunction as we get older."
The countdown star has previously spoken about her use of Botox, and it being the key to her maintaining a youthful look.
Carol said that plenty of stars in the showbiz industry have also done Botox.
