During a recent trip to Switzerland, she was captured falling asleep in a club - in a hint she needed a bit of extra rest.
During the same vacation, she told how she lost "five litres of blood" from nose bleeds - common in pregnant women as they undergo hormonal changes - yet did not explain exactly why.
There have also been huge gaps in her YouTube content - with Molly previously expressing her intention to post regularly.
Her most recent YouTube captured her romantic Switzerland holiday with Tommy yet this summer, there was a month gap between her home renovation videos.
She focussed heavily on her Molly Maison Instagram account and dream £3.5million home refurbishment, with the decor content again acting as a distraction.
In one video which showed her stunning £60K designer-clad closet, she admitted she was "not going to the gym right now," which was another teasing sign of her impending motherhood.
Molly has also been spotted without her signature collection of gold rings, which she could have removed due to swelling - a common side effect of pregnancy.
Back in February, she gave a huge sign she could be planning to start a family.
The Love Island star admitted that she was not using contraception, but instead relying on an app to monitor fertility.
Molly then gifted her boxer beau a sweet scrapbook of all their pictures together as part of their Valentine's Day celebrations.
Tommy flicked through the book on his Instagram stories when the special message about becoming a "mum and dad" was revealed.
"One day, we will have our own family, it will be the best day of my life," she had penned. "Bring on mum and dad life."
Molly, who has been dating Tommy since meeting on 2019's Love Island, has always spoken candidly about the pair's family plans.
Last year, she was asked: "Are you excited to have kids with Tommy xx".
Despite the forward question, the blonde beauty happily answered and said: "VERY. We both are so excited for that part of our lives."
