GBBO contestant James looks worlds away from the tent as he transforms into pregnant woman for fancy dress party
BAKE Off star James left fans doing a double take as he transformed into a pregnant woman for a fancy dress bash.
The nuclear scientist, 25, fashioned a baby bump for the party before proceeding to cover it up in a printed hospital gown for images posted to his Instagram page.
James, who survived week one in Bake Off's iconic tent, wrapped a towel around his head and pulled on socks and red slippers for his quirky look.
He finished off with a cigarette perched in his right fingers and a sassy scowl.
Another snap showed a pal of the Bake Off star coming up behind him to give his bump a hug.
Cumbria-based James gave little away in his image caption as he wrote: "An amazing night at the Games Night 11th year anniversary!!! Thank you @catch_frase and no, I will not explain these photos."

His mates were quick to add some banter in the comments section, with one writing: "Never seen you so cute."
A second put: "You look amazing hahahah 😂😂."
A third then giggled: "You’re glowing 💖."
Last week fans were elated as the Channel 4 show made its return.

James' favourite flavours are anything autumnal, such as mixed spice, apples and caramel.
