A Place in the Sun’s Craig Rowe opens up about harsh criticism following Channel 4 show debut
A PLACE in the Sun star Craig Rowe has spoken about the harsh criticism he's received since joining the show.
The 49-year-old joined the Channel 4 series at the start of 2022, and has become well-known for his amazing smile and positive outlook.
With a long career of presenting behind him, as well as 25 years experience of property renovation, Craig was the perfect man for the job.
However, in a recent chat with Express.co.uk, he explained that even he isn't exempt from harsh criticism.
A Place in the Sun has become famed for picky house hunters, and they can sometimes seriously slate some of the property viewings.

Bristolian Craig told the publication: "I'm really learning how you can never predict what people are going to like, because it's such a personal thing."
He added that he's learnt "not to take it personally" if any show guests disapprove of the properties he's taken them to view.
Craig added: "We obviously research the properties to find the best ones - it's really interesting.
"It just shows that finding properties is such a personal thing, and it has to feel right."
