Love Island star Zara McDermott has been left in agony after having tooth surgery.
The reality star, 25, has been suffering with wisdom teeth issues for months and needed an urgent fix.
Zara shared a snap of herself post dental surgery and told fans she was in excruciating pain.
Her face looked visibly swollen in the photo, with an ice pack wrapped around her head.
She wrote: "4 to 5 days post-surgery and still in agony!
"4am to 7am is the worst time for me."

"Sometimes we barely see each other in weeks," she told fans. "And also it's not just him, I also like spending quality time with my family too."
She added: "Sometimes I have to message his agents to see if he's available to go out to dinner."
But she revealed they will be going to Marbella next month for Sam's 30th birthday.
Sam has previously spoken of his desire to start a family, but Zara said it won't be happening for years yet.
She said: "Don't ask me this question again until I'm at least 30. I'm only 25 I don't want babies yet. Or I may decide I don't want to have kids. I couldn't think of anything worse right now."
Zara recently reacted hilariously after Love Island dropped the huge bomb that her ex Adam Collard will be heading back into the villa.
She and Adam met Adam in the villa, and they stayed together for eight months before splitting in 2019.
Speaking about their split at the time she said: “I love him very much and will always have a special place in my heart for him & our time together.
