STRICTLY Come Dancing stars Ellie Taylor and Jayde Adams stripped off for a spray tan ahead of the launch show.

Comedian Ellie, 38, posed nude from a tanning booth as she underwent a full body tan.

The 8 Out Of 10 Cats star looked startled as she smiled for a photo and told fans: "Tan time thanks."

Ellie treated fans to a snap of fellow Strictly star and long-term friend Jayde appearing topless from the pod.

The comedian and actress, 37, looked miffed as she posed for the photo.

Ellie wrote: "Me and Jayde Adams have known each other for over a decade.

Jayde returned the favour by sharing an image of Ellie looking horrified as she got her golden tan.

She captioned it: "10 years I've known this girl.

"Today we stepped over a threshold of friendship and stripped off for our spray tans. What a moment."

Ellie is also known for her work as a stand-up comic and regularly goes on tour with her show.

She announced her Strictly news on ITV's Lorraine last month and said: “It is so nice to release it to the universe. I found out a few months ago. I have managed to keep it in.”

Asked how she reacted to being asked to be on Strictly, she revealed: “It was an immediate yes.

"I have wanted to do it for ever and more importantly my mum loves it.”

Meanwhile, Jayde - who won the Funny Women award in 2014 - will also be swapping the mic for the dancefloor.

During a chat with Scott Mills and Chris Stark she said: "Since I watched the first series in 2004, I feel like every step I’ve taken in my career over the last 11 years was to be on Strictly.

"I cannot begin to express the emotions I am feeling, this means so much to me and my family."

The glittering cast have been seen for the first time at rehearsals ahead of the show launch.

A number of the contestants were spotted wearing lycra leggings as training sessions kicked off.
