Married At First Sight star reveals she’s pregnant with first baby
A MARRIED At First Sight star has revealed that she’s expecting her first baby with her fiance Michael Brunelli.
Martha Kalifatidis, who rose to fame on the hit dating show in 2019 alongside Michael Brunelli, took to Instagram with the happy news.
Martha, 34, and Michael, 31, fell in love after they were paired by matchmakers on the Australian version of the E4 dating show.
The couple – who have remained together after the experiment – have now revealed they are expecting their first child.
Taking to their Instagram on Monday morning, Martha detailed that she had been absent from social media due to severe sickness.
Michael told their fans: “We wanted to explain our situation and make a little bit of an announcement. Martha is pregnant.”

Smiling next to her fiance, Martha continued: “It hasn’t been this exciting, wonderful time for us. I don’t want to sound like I’m complaining.
“We are so excited, we are so happy, it was a complete surprise. But at five weeks I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum.
“Which is severe chronic nausea and vomiting with no relief. It is 24-7. I literally didn’t get out of bed for two months.”
Martha revealed that the horrifying sickness meant she lost ten kilograms in weight in just a matter of weeks.
“We have been in and out of the emergency room and hospital”, she said, before revealing she was being treated with “life-changing” medication to tackle the nausea.
The couple – who were wed on Married At First Sight in 2019 – announced they had got engaged in real life in December.
They showed off a snap of Martha’s impressive diamond ring, two years after their series of the dating show aired in the UK.

The reality TV couple took to Instagram to share several sizzling snaps of them from their romantic breakaway to Cabo San Lucas.
In a number of photos, seductively lay across their bed wearing a diamond necklace and only a bed sheet to protect her modesty while Michael lay in his black board shorts.
Another shot saw Martha showcase her toned figure while she seductively posed topless with just a towel wrapped around her.

Other photos showed the pair in a state of undress, with Martha showing off her sizzling physique in a white thong bodysuit.
Captioning the post, she wrote: “When the Don Julio takes your girl out before you do…”
