MAFS UK fans convinced one contestant is a ‘paid actor’ who is ‘planted by producers’
MARRIED At First Sight fans are convinced one bride is a "plant" and insist she is "surely an actor."
Viewers of the E4 series think they have Whitney, 31 - a controversial character in MAFS' 2022 line-up - sussed.
It came after they called out the PA from St Albans for her reaction to groom Duka, and her inability or unwillingness to pronounce his name correctly.
She was branded "the new show villain" after arguing with another bride in the first episode and mocking her groom's Yugoslavian name.
As Whitney's "rude" behaviour continues, fans think they have smelled a rat.
One took to Twitter to muse: "People like Whitney have to be a plant by the producers. Surely no one is that rude or disrespectful."

A second commented: "Whitney has to be a plant. Nobody could be that bad."
A third quizzed: "Is Whitney the plant on this years show ? #MAFSUK," while one wrote: "I'm convinced that Whitney is an actor as this behaviour is not normal & acting up for the views.
"Please stop shaming the black community & fix the f**k up ASAP. I'm watching the couple with a cushion over my face the embarrassment!! No need 2b such a b***h man! #MAFSUK."
Another surmised: "Nah ppl like Whitney are surely actors 😂."

The comments also came after Whitney threatened to pull out of the wedding at the altar and rolled her eyes when Duka said his vows.
Whitney was left unimpressed when she saw Duka, who is 6ft 2in tall, at the altar.
She said: "I wanted a man who’s a man that’s towering over me, like massive, like a brick house. Compared to a house, maybe he’s a shed."
She admitted she liked his beard, but soon made a shocking declaration, saying about going on the show: "This is the worst thing I’ve ever done in my f***ing life."
Whitney, who constantly forgot her husband's name, later accused Duka of being a "showman" when he thanked their wedding guests for turning up to the wild event.
He explained he learned English aged 10 after his family fled war torn Yugoslavia, and communication has "been important" to him.
Duka appeared to echo viewers' thoughts on Whitney, who only revealed her vulnerable side when she spoke about her mother's tragic death.
He shared a photo of him on his wedding day, posing in his blue dinner suit.
He captioned it: "Always keep it classy."
He shared another snap with his father and wrote: "Family over everything!"
Meanwhile Whitney has since hit back at critics who have branded her "vile" and "fame hungry."
Posting a shot from a gym work-out, she said: "Everyone likes to talk about protecting people's mental health and stopping bullying but apparently if someone is on your TV we are fair game."

She added: "All I can say is this was an intense process for me. I went into the experiment unfiltered and exposed my truest thoughts and feelings.
"I go on a MASSIVE journey and I'm proud of the woman that I am."
