The former Towie star, 41, has been enjoying a luxury break in the Greek island with Rami, 48.
Gemma looked sensational in figure-hugging black swimwear, accessorised with a gold chain belt to accentuate her waist.
The star completed her beach look with a silver cross necklace, rings and a bracelet.
The Essex beauty showed off her three stone weight loss in the strapless number as she soaked up the glorious sunshine.
