Whitney Hughes is a PA from St Albans, London.
She lost her mum, who she has described as being her "best friend", in 2020 and has juggled grief with trying to find a man to match her high expectations.
On Married At First Sight Whitney has been paired with Duka Cav.
In the first episode, which aired on August 29, 2022, viewers were left shocked as Whitney shunned her new husband.
Why did Whitney decide to go on Married At First Sight?
Before going on MAFS, Channel 4 released this statement about why Whitney had joined the show: "Although she has dated lots of men on a superficial level, she’s never found anyone good enough to bring home to her family.
"She has such high expectations for her potential partner and worries she’ll never actually let anyone in.
