Loose Women’s Kaye Adams told she is ‘nearly deaf in one ear’ ahead of Strictly

LOOSE Women’s Kaye Adams may be on the back foot on Strictly already — as doctors have found she is nearly deaf in one ear.

The TV star, 59, said she has recently undergone a series of tests ahead of appearing on the hit BBC dance show and has been told she needs help.

She confirmed her “hearing is an issue” and that “I probably should be thinking about getting hearing aids”.

Kaye said the checks found one ear had a “poor level” of hearing and the other was trying to compensate.

She added: “My hearing is an issue, to the extent that I’ve had full consultations and examinations on my ears.

“It’s probably getting to the stage where it’s getting problematic in certain situations.

“I have been recommended to get hearing aids.

“One ear in particular has a very poor level of hearing and the other one is trying it’s best to compensate.

“I’m not in anyway against that.”
