EASTENDERS' Louisa Lytton has revealed an incredible hair transformation after becoming a mum.

The 33-year-old actress plays Ruby Allen in the BBC soap but has been off screen since giving birth to her daughter Aura Olivia in August last year.

Louisa has been busy with motherhood and tying the knot with husband Ben Bhanvra in a stunning Italian ceremony in July.

But after returning from honeymoon and settling back into normal life, Louisa decided to change things up with her hairstyle.

Taking to her Instagram, Louisa shared a video of the process from her long, waist-length hair to her finished new look.

She captioned it: ";I call this the ‘Don’t F with me, I made a whole human being’ chop.

"It’s been a long time coming. Being a mum finally gave me the confidence to sit in @avahollandhair chair and say I need a change, something for me. She said ‘let’s go’ Let’s really go . ."

The video starts with Louisa spinning around in the hairdresser's chair, showing off the length, before her stylist got to work.

After a fast forward through the process, Louisa then showed off the finished result, with chest-length hair styled in gentle waves and a split fringe.

The actress beamed as she showed off her new do, while fans were loving it too.

One wrote: "Stunning" while another added: "Love it xxx".

Meanwhile her EastEnders co-star Danielle Harold commented: "Ok ok so you know I am feeling mixed emotions for this ok first you know I was in love with your hair BUT I loveeeee this more sexy mumaaaaa."

The couple said "I do" surrounded by family and co-stars in Tuscany and they celebrated their nuptials with a three-day party.

"I just felt relieved,” Louisa told .

“I felt like we had finally done it. It’s the same for any COVID bride. And I think we’re just so relieved. I remember us giggling at the alter, just thinking about how long it took to get us here."
