THIS Morning host Rylan Clark was forced to present the show alone when Ruth Langford disappeared during a break.
The 33-year-old was fronting Tuesday's episode when his co-star left during the ads and didn't return in time to join him.
She later reappeared - explaining that she's had a toilet nightmare at the studio where they film the show.
When This Morning returned from the adverts, Rylan was seen sitting beside an empty chair waiting to begin the fashion feature with Louise Roe.
As Rylan explained to viewers, 62-year-old Ruth had suffered some trouble getting into the show's bathroom.
He explained that several conveniences in Television Centre in west London, where the show is filmed, were out of order.
Rylan told viewers: "Welcome back. Now, you might think: 'Where's Ruth Langsford?'
"Well, I'll tell you exactly where she is. She said: 'I'll tell you what I'm going to nip to the bathroom.'
"Turns out, all of the toilets in the building have just stopped working so she's had to go somewhere else."
Ruth did eventually return, making an unusual entrance through the door used by the show's fashion models.
Sinking into her chair, she explained: "I can't tell you how far I've just had to go."
She and Rylan were reunited on This Morning for the first time since 2016 yesterday.
