GOGGLEBOX star Amy Tapper has been spotted looking slimmer than ever in a vest top and leggings in the gym.
The former Channel 4 star - who rose to fame with her brother and parents in 2013 - took to her social media to show off her figure.
Amy, 22, who was lost two stone in recent months, shared a snippet of her impressive work out session to her Instagram fans.
Looking hot and sweaty, the reality TV favourite could be seen swinging punches at a personal trainer in the gym.
She wore tight spotted gym leggings and a vest top, with white trainers and a white sports bra, for the heavy session.
Smiling during her workout, Amy looked focused as she raised her leg to kick the boxing pads as part of her workout.

"A snipped of our session today," Amy captioned the series of boxing videos, which showed her trying out different punches.
"Wham, bam, thank you Ma'am. I was gonna put music over this but quite enjoy the sounds of the punches."
Amy concluded: "And that's the last of my boxing and amazing facial expressions for a Friday morning. Until next week!"
As well has putting in hours at the gym, Amy has been following meal plan.
It comes after Amy was spotted showing off her trimmer figure in a summer dress after another gruelling workout.

Amy was left with bloodshot eyes and a sweaty face after her another workout just days before.
Flicking her eyes from side to side, she wrote: "If these bloodshot eyes and sweat doesn't show hard work and dedication, I don't know what does. Happy Monday."
Last month, Amy put together a montage to show how much her body has changed in the past year.
The video, documenting her weight loss journey over the past 12 months, shows Amy sweating it out in the gym and preparing nutritious meals in the kitchen.
