BBC Breakfast's Ben Thompson has shared a 'gorgeous' snap with his boyfriend on his 41st birthday.
The journalist enjoyed a weekend away with his partner Andy to celebrate, and shared snaps on social media with his fans.
One featured the couple smiling for the camera with a friend stood behind them, draping his arms around both of them for the happy picture.
The trio made the most of the nice weather as they were surrounded by parasols and the setting sunlight lit up their faces.
Ben captioned the picture: " Birthday weekend was really rather fun. I forgot to take photos, which is always a good sign, but spent it with lots of lovely people including these [favourites], lots of [sun] and a few [drinks].”
He then tagged his pals and added: "This was the sunny rooftop and gorgeous views from our dinner [at The Dorchester]."

Ben's fans were quick to comment, with one writing: "Happy birthday, you lovely, handsome fella! Wishing you all the best."
Another added: "Many happy returns… looks like you and the others had a great time celebrating.”
Ben's birthday celebrations come weeks after he and Andy enjoyed a holiday with pals to Sicily.
The presenter shared a cute snap of him and Andy beaming for the camera with a dusky sky behind them.

He captioned it: "Sicily with @mattgrechsmith @tonygrechsmith and @andyroche went a lot like this. (The pool 🤩😍)".
Days later Ben was back on the BBC Breakfast red sofa alongside Sally Nugent and admitted he was suffering from the holiday blues.
He wrote alongside a snap of him and Sally on his Instagram: "If anyone’s going to help me shift the post-holiday blues, it’s @sallynugenttv. Morning from @BBCBreakfast, we’re on @BBCOne til 0915."
