JANE MCDONALD warned her cameraman to stop filming her as she almost collapsed on a rocky boat during the latest instalment of her cruising programme.
The 59-year-old TV presenter and singer was exploring Scotland by boat for her show Jane McDonald: Cruising Scotland.
She was showing viewers around the Inner Hebrides on the west coast of Scotland, however, her journey was different to normal.
Instead of viewers seeing her aboard a luxury cruise ship, Jane was instead sailing on a small former fishing boat.
"Our ship used to be part of the Irish Herring Fleet and I bet she's tackled rougher seas than these," she said.
"We were warned it's not always smooth sailing," she cautioned.

"I'm feeling a bit woozy because it's really rocky," she told her crew and viewers.
"It's such a small ship as you can see," she added as the boat visibly swayed side-to-side and she struggled to her keep her balance and stay on her feet.
Jane warned her crew to "be prepared" as she told them she was taking a motion sickness tablet.
She then told her cameraman: "You don't want to be filming that, you really don't."

The singer continued as much as she could to present the show to viewers, while continuing to be thrown to each side of the boat.
At the end of the show Jane returned to good spirits as she told viewers it was "time for a wee song", covering Dougie MacLean's hit song Caledonia.
Jane McDonald: Cruising Scotland airs on Channel 5 and is available on My5.
