CHANGING Rooms fans have been left covering their eyes in horror after witnessing a 'Mr Blobby' makeover.
Viewers were gobsmacked to see the latest transformation, which saw homeowners Eddie and Lotta surprised with a pink and yellow lounge and dining room.
Designer Whinnie Williams described her work as "granny chic".
But fans of the C4 show felt it was more suited to 80s TV character Mr Blobby, from Noel's House Party, than somebody's grandmother.
After watching the big reveal, one viewer tweeted: "Mr Blobby would love those two 'Granny chic' rooms."
Agreeing, a second asked: "Is that Mr Blobby's home?!"

Another unimpressed person added: "Mr Blobby’s house comes to mind! #changingrooms AWFUL."
Eddie and Lotta had entrusted Changing Rooms' Whinnie and their neighbours, Stuart and Charlotte, in making over their home.
The couple live in a 1930s property in Tunbridge Wells, which Whinnie drew on in her pink and yellow makeover.
She told the couple: "I really wanted to use nice pastel colours. It is a nod to the Art Deco era. It's granny chic."

Eddie told Whinnie he "really liked" his new pink sofa, with Lotta adding: "I don't feel like I'm in our room...in a good way."
But she added: "It is much more pink than we would have done."
At the end of the show, it was revealed the couple have since repainted their ceiling white.
