Love Island’s Deji and Lacey SPLIT after he’s accused of sleeping with Coco
LOVE Island stars Deji Adeniyi and Lacey Edwards have split after the bombshell hunk was accused of sleeping with fellow Islander Coco Lodge.
Deji and Lacey, 25, starred on this year’s series and fired up a romance after instantly hitting it off, but it seems the spark wasn’t to last outside of the villa.
A source exclusively told The Sun that the pair are no longer seeing each other, and that they never went on a date after they left the hit ITV2 show, with his night with Coco being the “last straw” for Lacey.
The source said: “Everyone could tell it was awkward between them at the Reunion after Lacey delivered some home truths. Now they've called it quits and are no longer seeing each other.
"Lacey didn't want to force something that wasn't meant to be and then the rumours about Deji and Coco were the final straw between them."
They added that it was "basically over before it even began" because they failed to even go on a date.
Deji was one of the six bombshells brought in for Casa Amor week and was picked to stay by Indiyah, and Lacey entered the show shortly afterwards.
Despite their villa romance, they were one of the couples deemed “least compatible” by viewers, and waved goodbye to the series as a result.

The claims first came to light during the recent reunion show, as the Islanders came face to face again for the first time – leaving Lacey fuming.
An insider said: “Earlier in the week Chyna told a number of people that Coco had slept with Deji.
“Lacy was absolutely mortified and was giving Deji the cold shoulder all night.
“Summer decided to bring it up with Coco while they were arguing about something else and all hell broke loose.
“Coco and Chyna are no longer speaking and now Coco and Summer aren’t either. There was a lot of drama.”
Lacey was then seen in a heated conversation with former flame Deji while at the afterparty, which was said to have lasted for almost an hour.

Speaking about their romance with The Sun last week, Lacey said: “Right now it's just really difficult to see each other but me and Deji face time pretty much every day.
"We're still talking, he just hasn't asked me out on a date yet - I'm not happy about that. I'm waiting for it and I keep hinting. Dej come on!”
