Coronation Street Amy Barlow actress Elle Mulvaney looks worlds away from cobbles on Barcelona holiday
CORRIE star Elle Mulvaney looked a far cry from her character Amy Barlow as she holidayed in Barcelona.
The 19-year-old – who has played the student in the ITV soap since 2010 – wowed her fans wearing a stunning blue dress and white heels.
She captioned the shot: “A postcard from Barcelona.”
The actress is currently on a cruise and has been keeping her followers up to date with her various looks during the trip.
And they were full of praise for her latest outfit, with one writing: “WOW looking gorgeous 😍 ❤️❤️.”
A second added: “You look beautiful and lovely scenery.”

While a third commented: “Such beautiful pics! Love you sweetheart! 😍.”
Elle has previously revealed how different she is to her character Amy, who got pregnant at 14 then had a secret abortion, and viewers often see her partying and drinking in the soap with her friends.
In an interview with The Sun, she explained: “I like baking and running. I’m a goody two shoes and I never went to a club before I was 18.
“Because I was on television, I felt I couldn’t do things like that without getting into trouble. It was a bit irritating, but now I look back and actually I’m grateful, because I didn’t make any stupid mistakes.”

Like many actors, Elle has been the target of trolls but young co-stars including Tanisha Gorey, 19, (who plays Asha Alahan) and Millie Gibson, 17, (Kelly Neelan) provide a shoulder to cry on.
Elle added: “I try to take it with a pinch of salt but there are other people in the show going through similar things.
“Any time I’ve really struggled I’ve told them. I’ve had so many FaceTimes with Tanisha where I’ve rung her and said, ‘This has really upset me’.
“We have a conversation and she cheers me up. We end up laughing by the end of the call and I forget about it. I’ve been tempted to come off social media but that just lets the trolls win.”
