Cash in the Attic viewers have the same complaint about reboot
FANS have been left unimpressed by the new Cash in the Attic reboot.
After 10 years off air, BBC’s has been revived by Channel 5.
Original Cash in the Attic presenter , 52, has returned to host the programme and is joined by former footballer Chris Kamara, 64.
When Cash in the Attic was rebooted, a Channel 5 source revealed that the format of the beloved show would be updated, but remain the same at its core.
They said: “If it’s not broke, don’t fix it, so the reboot has simply been refreshed.
“In the ten years the show has been off air a lot has changed in the antique world.

“There’s a new desire for vintage and shabby chic, so there’s the hope that a new generation of treasure hunters will tune in.
“And so much is now online as well. The marketplace is new and fresh so there was no need to change the format.”
However, the new series doesn’t seem to be impressing some viewers.
Many took to social media to voice their complaints.

One viewer said: “First time of watching..won’t bother again. Gave me the ick....patronising presenter, inappropriate laughter #cashintheattic.”
“Revamped #CashInTheAttic chooses a previous presenter and a guffawing football pundit (had to Google him). Just why? Appalling,” a second viewer said.
“Trash in the attic #cashintheattic,” a third viewer quipped.
However, others were loving the reboot, with one writing: "Chris 'Kammy' Kamara is a national treasure and should be protected at all times. Love him in #CashInTheAttic #ChrisKamara."
Another added: "Loving the new on C5 with ."
Cash in the Attic airs weekdays at 6pm on Channel 5.
