Alongside a picture of a soaked Jet with a frisbee in his mouth and the rock pool where he liked to swim, Jasmine wrote a heart wrenching message to the dog.

“Hard to believe that it has been a month already since our beautiful, gentle boy Jet departed this world. It still breaks my heart every time I think of him and doesn’t seem possible that he’s never coming back. 💔,” she wrote.

“This weekend we scattered his ashes in his favourite paddling spot.
RIP Jet. Mummy loves you and misses you so much xxx 😢 🌈🐾”

Fans shared their support for Jasmine and related to her heartbreak.

“So sorry to read this. It’s just so incredibly heartbreaking when it happens. They’re so much a big part of the family. Sending love,” one fan commented.

Another wrote: “It will take a long time, but you will get there. I lost my dog 4 years ago and it took me 6 months before I could even talk about him without crying. I was just so sad. Not too much after that time I began to only remember the good 15 years we had with him and now when I think of him I just smile.”
