A PLACE in the Sun's Laura Hamilton was left stunned after guest cancelled a house tour and brutally slammed property saying she "hated it."
Gordon and Stephanie were searching for their perfect home in the popular resort of La Mata on Spain's Costa Blanca.
With a budget of £125,000, the couple requested a holiday home close to a golf course.
The presenter had five properties lined up, however, Stephanie cut the tour short at the last property because it had features she hated.
The property was a three-bed duplex in Villamartin.
It was valued at £145,295 and featured communal pools, a garden which overlooked a golf course and large rooms.

Laura noticed their lack of interest in the property.
She said: "I'm not feeling the love and enthusiasm from you, Stephanie. I thought you'd be a bit more excited. I think Gordon's excited because there's a golf course right there."
Stephanie expressed: "I don't like it."
"I'm not feeling it. It's dark as well and I don't like that brick wall, we had one when we first moved - I hated it then and I hate it now," she added.
When Laura asked if they wanted to continue the tour of the property, Stephanie replied: "I don't think it's even worth looking, to be honest."
