A PLACE in the Sun star Lee Juggurnauth crushes hopeful's dreams by telling them "this is as good as it gets" with their budget.
Brian and Lorna were looking to make a permanent move to Almería in Friday's episode of the Channel 4 show.
With a £160,000 budget, the couple were looking for a traditional three-bedroom property with a garden, a pool and space for their dog Angus.
However, Lee had bad news for them as he found their budget very limiting.
The presenter found the guests hard to please as they pointed out how small the outside space was in the first property.
Lorna said: “It’s maybe just on the small size for a mad collie. All the rooms are good sizes and there’s plenty of storage.”
“It doesn’t feel like something that you could make a home,” Brain agreed.
But Lee warned: “For your budget this is as good as it gets.”

Again, the next property failed to impress as Brian said: “It’s still too small for Angus running about.”
“I must say for the budget we’re looking at certainly for town houses as well a garden like this is really what we’ll be looking at in most properties,” Lee remarked.
Lorna requested: “If we could have a garden that we could do gardening in, a bit more green.”
“A slightly larger living area,” Brain added.
“We’re just being picky,” Lorna quipped. “If you could improve that but everything else is great.”

Luckily, Lee's next property was a hit.
The spacious holiday home boasted a wraparound garden and private pool proving to be the ideal home for the couple.
Brian and Lorna put in an offer of £155,000 which was accepted by the owner.
A Place in the Sun airs on Channel 4 on weekdays at 3pm.
