MACKENZIE McKee has shared an emotional message about her 'toxic pain' after splitting from her husband Josh.
On Tuesday, the Teen Mom broke broken her silence on the split as she confirmed "it's over" and admitted that she "fought hard."
Mackenzie, 27, shared the heartfelt message on her Twitter account early Thursday morning.
The tweet read: "Welcoming any emotions that want to come in.... grief, come on baby. Hurt, let's GO. Trauma, time to feel it... like it's time to feel them, and move on cause I'm busted through walls baby."
The message concluded by the mom of three welcoming the start of a new chapter, "Goodbye 12 years of toxic pain. Hello unleashed Mackenzie."
Fans voiced their support for the Teen Mom OG alum's life-improving decision in the comments of the tweet.

Many of the disillusioned fans suggested that the message as well as Mackenzie's breakup from Josh may be a ploy for the former Teen Mom to return to the long-running series.
One Redditor commented: "You’re not gettin back on the show, girl. Go to some parenting classes."
Another person, pretending to be Mackenzie, wrote: "MTV are you watching me!!??"
A third fan questioned: "Another fake divorce to try [to] get back on teen mom?"
Other commenters focused on the message itself, with one person writing, "I still don't believe they're actually done but I believe SHE believes it."

BREAKING THE SILENCE
Mackenzie broke her silence on her split from husband Josh, confirming that "it's over" and admitting she "fought hard."
The TV personality posted the message to her alongside two photos with her former man.
One of them on a beach, another a couples' selfie - she wrote, "With all the messages I'm receiving and articles coming out, I wanted you guys to hear what's going on from me alone.
THE FULL STATEMENT
"Josh and I are both still young with an entire life ahead of us,” the former cheerleader added to the outlet on their 12 years together and nine of marriage.
“And I wish nothing but peace and happiness for him and his future. Everyone has their own story, and this is mine.”
She told them she's "stepping into an entire new life and new me" and did not elaborate on the reasoning but said she walked away.
"Us women do not leave until we are ready, until we can wake up, notice the coffee [doesn’t] smell right and something is off. That was my marriage,” she shared.
“But my marriage is all I’ve ever known since I was a young teenager.
“I wasn’t sad, I wasn’t sad about anything, I wasn’t angry, I wasn’t depressed. I gained my power back as a female who finally knows her self-worth.
