Besides her role on the Alex Trebek stage, Mayim also stars in her own sitcom, Call Me Kat.
However, the news of her continuing presence on Jeopardy! has been met with upset from some viewers who have been calling for Ken to host every episode.
From telltale ratings to "cryptic hints," fans had been collecting clues that the game show whiz would be chosen over the actress as the sole permanent presenter.
Both Ken and Mayim first stepped into the job after legendary host Alex Trebek passed away in 2020.
Jeopardy! had then tried out a fleet of celebrity guest hosts including the now disgraced Mike Richards.
But the show's ratings nearly doubled to 9.7 million viewers when Ken made his first appearance in January 2021.
When Mayim took over later that October, the headcount dropped to 5.9 million viewers during a college championship, and she hasn't beat Ken's ratings since.
